Our family had an excellent experience with our recent purchase of a mattress. Big Sandy is a well stocked, spacious, and classy store. We found not only everything we were looking for, but much better options than we even knew existed. Our sales associate, Grace Spencer, was a consummate professional of the kind you rarely see any more. She was very knowledgeable, understood our needs completely, and was tireless in pursuing the best deal for us. We could not be more pleased.

Very pleasant experience at Big Sandy’s. I was greeted at the front door by Jay who was kind and helpful in answering all of my questions. I left to check other places and came back the next day because of the price and the easy going customer service. Jay quickly helped me secure my couch, ottoman, and delivery date. Terry at the check out counter was also a delight. All around a great experience. I was met with kindness, understanding, and patience. Highly recommend for your next purchase!

Best furniture store around,great prices and the staff is very helpfully, not pushy like most places,we worked with Shane he is the best, and I love that He did everything he could to stay within our budget, and I appreciate that he didn’t try to upsell us,after we got the keys to our house we realize the couch that we got was a little small and we wanted something bigger so we went into the store just a couple days before delivery and they were able to accommodate us and we found the perfect couch, we are very happy with our purchases

Karen was our sales representative. She was awesome. Told her what I was looking for and she was able to direct us to a wide selection. Everything was smooth fast and friendly. I would definitely advise shopping at Big Sandy’s Furniture.

Big Sandy Superstore is top notch from ordering to delivery. I thought the in store service was great, but the delivery and set up.....they were on time, friendly, quick and a great delivery duo!! When I purchase, or my friends purchase, furniture again I will be asking for the Kameron and Ricky delivery duo! Apparently my dog likes it too!
